Congratulations to the Rugby, Netball and Soccer players whom played in DNK Rugby Cup, GT Netball Trophy and Footsal Tournament last week. All Saints hosted the DNK Rugby Cup and the GT Netball Trophy. This event recognises Australian representatives Sam Norton-Knight, Ben Daley and Gretel Tippett and their achievements in rugby union and netball, after graduation from All Saints Anglican School in 2000, 2005 and 2010 respectively. The APS Footsal Tournament was convened by King's Christian College at the Carrara Stadium.

Thank you to the All Saints players, Coaches and supporters.  Thank you to Glen McKissick who stood in and coached the Year 5 Rugby team. A special thank you to Mrs Renee Cacciola for running the GT Netball competition and Mr Brendan Callaghan and QRU on the fine job they did with the DNK Rugby competition. We must not fail to commend the All Saints players and teams. We were proud of all out teams in all code as they played with great skill, passion and commitment. Most pleasing was the sportsmanship and team work the they displayed in all their games. Well done to all involved.

All teams played their hardest at The APS Footsal Tournament and were great ambassadors for the school. The highlight amongst many was Year 6 girls team that only conceded two goals in the tournament and won the final 5-1.  Ashleigh Adamson was named most valuable player of the tournament. Congratulations, Ashleigh.
