Friends of All Saints Shop

Uniforms, books and stationery are available from the Friends of All Saints shop, which is situated under the Main Administration block at the northern end. The School operates a text hire scheme which enables students to borrow their textbooks, charged annually. Payment methods are cash, cheque or card.

The normal trading hours for the Friends of All Saints Shop (during term time, excluding public holidays) are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7.30am – 3.45pm (closed from 12:30 – 1:00pm every day)
  • Friday 7.30am – 1pm

Uniform Fittings
It is important for all new students to make an appointment for the fitting of uniforms. Qualified staff are available for fitting all uniforms. Please contact the Friends of All Saints (FOAS) Shop on 07 5587 0346 to make your appointment.

Please note: Appointments are only available during term time. It is highly recommended new students book appointments by November of the year prior to starting school.

Book and Stationery Packs for 2019

Pre Prep to Year 2 will be required to pay for complete packs which will be delivered in bulk to the classroom at the start of 2019. This will automatically be invoiced to your school fees account with payment due by the end of January 2019.

Year 11 have already organised their book and stationery order for next year. Any new students in Year 11 in 2019 can purchase their book and stationery requirements directly from the Friends of All Saints Shop.

Years 3 to 10 and Year 12 can order their books and stationery online and have it delivered to their home before the end of this year. Orders must be placed between 15 October and 11 November 2018 to receive free delivery between 3 December to 18 December 2018. Instructions for online ordering process

  • Fill in the details of your child’s name, residential address (no PO Box) and daytime contact details.
  • Select your child's year level in 2019 and click the Save Details button.
  • Please ensure you read the Order Documentation.
  • Should you require a full pack, just click the Full Order button. If a full pack is not required, go to the order quantity column and key in the number required. Click on Save Details.
  • Should you have additional students, click on Next Student button. If not click Pay Now – this will take you through to a secure payment page.
  • Click on the type of credit card you wish to pay with (e.g. Visa, Mastercard or American Express), fill in your credit card details and click on the Enter Payment button.
  • Once your credit card payment has been approved, you will receive an Order Confirmation on screen. A confirmation will also be emailed to you.
