Applications are invited for the position of Director of Performing Arts, a key leadership role for a creative and cultural leader who will bring strategic vision and a genuine commitment to inspiring students and staff through a dynamic Performing Arts program.

About the Role


The Director of Performing Arts (DOPA) provides the strategic, creative and cultural leadership that enriches student experience and strengthens the performing arts community across the School. The role spans co- curricular Music and Drama, including Speech and Drama from Prep to Year 12, and is accountable for the quality, coherence and ambition of the co-curricular Performing Arts program. The DOPA will be equally committed to the excellence of the most gifted performers and to creating a culture in which every student at All Saints can access and be transformed by the Performing Arts. Reporting to the Vice Principal, the DOPA is a prominent whole-school leader: setting artistic vision, leading and developing a talented team of teachers, conductors and visiting artists, forging external partnerships, and stewarding a program that reflects All Saints’ identity and Blueprint 2026+ strategy.
