About the Role
The Head of Junior School is responsible for the leadership, management and day-to-day operations of the Junior School (Pre Prep to Year 6). Reporting directly to the Principal, the Head of Junior School provides strategic and operational direction to ensure excellence in teaching, learning and student wellbeing. The Head of Junior School works collaboratively as a member of the Executive Team to deliver a seamless and consistent educational journey, while shaping a vibrant Junior School culture that reflects the school’s vision and values. This role requires vision, sound judgment, effective decision making and the capacity to inspire and support others through consultation, collaboration and leadership.
