We are seeking an experienced and passionate educational leader to join our Senior School leadership team in the position of Assistant Head of Senior School: Wellbeing.
About the role
As a key member of the Senior School leadership team, the Assistant Head of Senior School: Wellbeing will possess a deep understanding of wellbeing and high-level knowledge of the social and emotional needs of senior school learners.
Working collaboratively with other Assistant Heads, Heads of House, Chaplaincy, Psychological Services, Learning Support, and families the Assistant Head of Senior School: Wellbeing ensures every student is known, supported and able to flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
About you
The successful applicant will bring a deep understanding of adolescent wellbeing, a clear vision for pastoral care and the capacity to lead proactive, sequential wellbeing programs embedded within curriculum and school life. This role also carries responsibility for the coordination of a redemptive, restorative behaviour management program that supports students at all levels of need.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in leading pastoral care and wellbeing programs within a school setting.
- Outstanding organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
- High levels of professionalism, initiative and collaborative practice.

- A strong commitment to the ethos and Christian foundations of All Saints Anglican School.
